This policy covers this site — the pages where you can request our free ceramic coating guide or a consultation. It is operated by Central Wisconsin Auto Spa, Weston, Wisconsin.

What we collect

When you fill in a form on this site, we collect what you type into it:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number
• Anything you tell us about your vehicle in the free-text field

We also record, automatically, how you arrived: the advertisement or link you clicked, the campaign it belonged to, the page you first landed on, and the time of that first visit. This is standard advertising measurement and it tells us which advertisements are worth running.

Cookies and similar technologies

This site stores a small record in your browser holding the advertising details described above, so that if you come back later we still know which advertisement brought you here. It stays in your browser and you can clear it at any time through your browser settings.

We also use the Meta Pixel, which lets us measure how our Facebook and Instagram advertising performs and show follow-up advertisements to people who have visited this site. You can control this in your Facebook and Instagram ad settings.

How we use it

• To send you the free guide you asked for
• To contact you about a consultation you requested
• To send occasional car-care emails, which you can stop at any time
• To measure and improve our advertising

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Who else handles it

We use service providers to run this site and manage customer communication — a website host, and a customer relationship and email platform. They process your information on our instructions in order to provide those services, and for no other purpose.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as we have a working relationship with you, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us. If you ask us to delete your details, we will.

Your choices

• Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
• Reply STOP to any text message to stop text messages.
• You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing carson@centralwisconsinautospa.com.

Children

This site is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
